Roland Merrill Collins, age 68, of Snow Hill, passed away on April 1, 2016 at his home. He was born in Gumboro, DE on March 16, 1948. Roland served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed model trains, was a musician and played the guitar, was a master craftsman, enjoyed spending time at the Pocomoke River Canoe Company but most of all loved spending time with his family.
